Mosaic hops are a new variety coming out of the US and often referred to by it's previous name, HBC369. It has been bred from Simcoe parentage. Mosaic has been described as being like Citra only more intense, and has citrus, lemon, mango, and tropical fruit characteristics. It has been used in IPA and pale ales but could have a much broader style appeal and worth experimenting.
