Zythos is a new hop blend ideally suited to IPA, pale ale and other hoppy brews, particularly American styles. It is often described as having tangerine, citrus, floral, pine and grapefruit tones. This is a dual purpose hop with good bittering properties as well as an excellent aroma profile.
